Our Terms of Service define the responsibilities of both Apple World ZA and our customers. They establish a fair, transparent framework for using our website and purchasing products. Orders are confirmed only after payment is processed. Prices and product availability are subject to change, and all products are delivered according to the shipping terms outlined below. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

2. Returns & Cancellations

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch at no cost. Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days (or 30 days for certain products, as noted) if the item is unused, sealed, and in original packaging. Faulty items are covered under warranty.

  • How to return: Contact support@appleworld.co.za for instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  • Non-returnable items: Digital products, software, opened accessories, gift cards, or personalized items.

  • Refunds: Processed within 5–14 business days to the original payment method.

For European Union shipments, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period in compliance with EU consumer law.

3. Warranty

All Apple products purchased from Apple World ZA come with limited manufacturer warranty coverage, typically 12 months, depending on the product. Warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs are excluded. Extended coverage may be purchased through our WorldCare plans.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Times: Main cities: 2–4 working days | Outlying areas: 5–7 working days.

  • Courier Services: We partner only with trusted, insured couriers. High-value items may require biometric or ID verification on delivery.

  • Safety & Care: All packages are prepared to highest safety standards, protecting the product, courier personnel, and recipient.

  • Delivery Charges: Calculated at checkout; free delivery for orders over R5,000.

  • Delays: Apple World ZA is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs.

Courier Disclaimer: Responsibility for transit-related delays or incidents rests with the courier provider, though Apple World ZA will assist in resolving any issues.

5. Payment Options (Flexi Pay-Up)

We offer flexible payment solutions to ensure accessibility without compromising security. Payments can be made via card, EFT, or approved payment gateways. Installment plans are subject to third-party terms and conditions.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected via our website or communications is used solely for order fulfillment, delivery, and customer support. Data is stored and processed in accordance with POPIA and international standards. Personal data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties. Customers have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data.
