This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the sale of pre-owned devices at Apple World ZA, ensuring transparency, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.

2. Scope
Applies to all customers purchasing pre-owned devices through www.appleworld.co.za, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and other Apple products.

3. Device Condition and Grading
All pre-owned devices are thoroughly inspected, tested, and graded before sale. Grades are as follows:

  • Grade A: Excellent condition, minimal to no signs of use, fully functional.

  • Grade B: Good condition, minor cosmetic wear, fully functional.

  • Grade C: Acceptable condition, noticeable wear and tear, fully functional.

4. Authenticity and Warranty

  • All pre-owned devices are 100% authentic.

  • Devices come with a 6-month limited warranty covering functional defects.

  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or battery degradation beyond normal wear.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are based on device condition, model, storage capacity, and market value.

  • Payment methods are as listed on the website; temporary limitations (e.g., only Float payment) will be clearly communicated to the customer.

6. Trade-In and Evaluation

  • Customers may trade in their old devices. Trade-in value will be assessed after inspection.

  • Apple World ZA reserves the right to adjust trade-in value if device condition differs from initial assessment.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Pre-owned devices may be returned within 7 days of purchase if found defective and within warranty coverage.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned device.

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the device is confirmed defective.

8. Delivery and Risk

  • Devices are shipped via secure courier services with tracking and biometric verification when required.

  • Ownership and risk pass to the customer upon delivery.

9. Customer Support

  • Apple World ZA provides support for all pre-owned devices via WhatsApp, email, and phone.

  • Customers will receive clear instructions for setup, trade-in preparation, and warranty claims.

10. Policy Amendments

  • Apple World ZA reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.

  • Updated policies will be posted on www.appleworld.co.za.
