Apple World ZA – Return & Exchange Policy

In alignment with the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 and Apple’s global standards, we offer a transparent, fair, and professional return and exchange policy.


1. Return Period

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery to return eligible products. This period ensures ample time for evaluation, while maintaining the integrity and quality of the items.


2. Conditions for Returns

To ensure eligibility for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase

  • Be a product eligible under this return policy
    Apple World ZA reserves the right to inspect returned items to confirm they meet these standards before processing any refund or exchange.


3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Customers should allow 7–14 business days for processing once the item has been received and inspected.

If a product was part of a bundle, promotion, or special offer, the entire set must be returned to qualify for a refund. Partial returns from bundled items will not be eligible.


4. Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange for a different model, color, or size, subject to availability. Exchanges must also be initiated within the 14-day return period. Our team will facilitate a smooth, efficient process to ensure customers receive the product they desire.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, including:

  • Digital products, software, or subscriptions

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

These exclusions are necessary to maintain compliance with Apple guidelines and to protect both our customers and the integrity of the products.

For Online Purchases:

  1. Contact Apple World ZA within 14 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

  2. We will provide step-by-step return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Once the product is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be promptly processed.

For In-Store Purchases:

  • Present the item and proof of purchase at the store.

  • Our team will assist you through a professional, courteous return or exchange process.
