1. Cancellations Before Dispatch

Customers may cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch at no additional cost. To request a cancellation before the order has left our facility:

  2. Provide your order reference number and relevant details

  3. Once verified, the order will be cancelled and any payment already made will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days

2. Cancellations After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it is considered in transit and standard cancellations are no longer applicable. In such cases:

  • Cancellations will follow the Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Customers may initiate a return within the 14-day return period from the date of delivery

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed according to the return policy conditions, including inspection of the product, packaging, and accessories

This approach ensures fairness to both customers and Apple World ZA, while maintaining compliance with POPIA and the Consumer Protection Act regarding safe handling of products and personal data during returns.


3. Important Notes

  • Cancellations cannot be processed for items that are digital products, software, subscriptions, or personalized/customized items once purchased.

  • Promotional bundles or sets must be cancelled or returned as a whole to qualify for a refund.

  • Apple World ZA reserves the right to verify order details and authenticity before processing any cancellation request.
