1. Terms and Conditions of Sale
1.1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern every purchase made through www.appleworld.co.za or directly from Apple World ("the Website", "the Store"). By placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. Nothing in this document limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA") or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECTA").
1.2 Who We Are and How We Source Stock
Apple World is a registered participant in the Apple Reseller Program. We are a separate legal entity from Apple Inc. and Apple South Africa, and we are responsible for our own customer service, sales, and after-sales support.
Apple World ZA source its stock through ASBISC Enterprises PLC (trading locally as ASBIS Africa), our Apple-authorised distributor in South Africa, under a formal signed distribution and reseller agreement. ASBISC also handles direct fulfilment of stock.
1.3 Orders and Acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase and is only accepted once we confirm it in writing (order confirmation email) and, where applicable, payment has cleared.

We may decline or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, a pricing or listing error, or a failed payment/fraud check, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.

Product images are for illustration; actual packaging, accessories, or colour may vary slightly.
1.4 Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, which may include card payment, instant EFT, and interest-free instalment plans (currently offered in partnership with our instalment payment provider) for qualifying South African card users, subject to that provider's own terms and eligibility checks.

We do not accept direct, untraceable EFT payments into personal bank accounts outside our official checkout — always pay through the secure checkout on www.appleworld.co.za.
1.5 Delivery
Delivery is handled as set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy (Section 4 of this document).
1.6 Risk and Ownership
Ownership of a product passes to you once payment has been received in full. Risk in the product passes to you on delivery or collection.
1.7 Limitation of Liability
Save for our obligations under the CPA and any warranty expressly given, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
1.8 Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Website at the time of your order.
1.9 Governing Law and Complaints
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. If you believe your rights under the CPA have been infringed, you may contact us directly, or escalate to the National Consumer Commission (NCC).
