2. AppleWorld is an independent, South African-based online retailer specialising in Apple products and
accessories. AppleWorld is not Apple Inc. and is not an Apple Store. Unless expressly stated on a specific
product listing, Apple World is not an AAR, APR, or AASP, and no representation to that effect should be
inferred from the use of Apple product names, images, or trademarks on this Website, which are used
solely for the purpose of accurately describing and identifying products offered for sale.
3. By accessing, browsing, or using this Website, or by placing an order, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and
Returns Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
4. We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version published on
the Website at the time of your order will govern that transaction. Please check this page periodically.
2. Use of the Website
1. By using the Website, you warrant that you are 18 years or older and have full legal capacity to enter into
a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Website under the supervision of a parent
or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and accepts responsibility for
your use of the Website.
2. You agree not to upload, post, transmit, or facilitate the distribution of any content that is unlawful,
defamatory, obscene, infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights, contains a virus or
malicious code, or misrepresents your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
3. All content submitted to the Website (including reviews, comments, and correspondence) is accepted in
good faith. Apple World ZA is not liable for content posted by users but reserves the right to remove any
content at its sole discretion.
4. All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of AppleWorld or its
licensors and is protected by South African copyright and trademark law. No content may be reproduced,
distributed, or used without our prior written consent, save for the use of Apple's own trademarks and
product imagery under fair and accurate description of Apple products
When will my order be delivered?
It’s easy to check the status of your order. First, visit your Order Listing page and sign in to your Store Account. After that, select an item to view your order details, including an estimated delivery date.
How do I track my order?
For items shipped to a physical address, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with your carrier information, an estimated delivery date, and, if available, a tracking number. If you ordered multiple items, you may have separate tracking information for each one.
Picking up instead? Once your order is ready, we’ll send a pickup notification email with the Pick Up Point location.
You can also view shipping and pickup information by selecting an item from your Order Listing page.
Do I have to sign for a shipped package?
To ensure safe delivery, most shipments require a signature. If you won’t be available, sign in to your Order Listing page and use the “Pre-sign for delivery” link to authorize the delivery with the carrier ahead of time. Refer to the Shipping & Pickup help page for more information.
How do I return my product?
You have 14 calendar days to return an item. To return an item to Apple World, sign in to your Order Listing page and select an item, then use the “Start a Return” link. You can also return the item to your nearest Pick Point
