4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
4.1 Fulfilment and Delivery Partner
Stock is fulfilled directly by ASBISC Enterprises PLC (ASBIS Africa), Apple-authorised distributor. Orders are then delivered to you through our courier partner, BobGo, which routes each order to an appropriate courier based on your location for the most reliable service available.

4.3 Delivery Fees
All Online Orders are Subjected to Free Delivery, Same. Day delivery in further regions are subjected to courier fees by Delivery Partner BobGo.
4.4 Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order has been dispatched. You can also check order status by logging into your account on www.appleworld.co.za.
4.5 Collection
Collection Can be anywhere Where BobBox Padlocks are Available Check for one Near your Location.
4.6 Failed or Delayed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive the order, our courier partner will attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for collection, and will contact you directly to arrange this. If an order does not arrive within the estimated window, contact Support@appleworld.co.za with your order number and we will trace it with BobGo.
4.7 Risk in Transit
Risk passes to you on successful delivery. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note this with the courier on delivery and contact us within 24 hours with photos.
