  • Payment methods include credit/debit cards, EFT, and approved payment gateways.

  • All prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery times vary depending on location, courier service, and product availability.

  • While we strive for timely delivery, Apple World ZA is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events.

  • All deliveries are tracked for security and reliability.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

  • Faulty or defective items are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

  • Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and verification of product authenticity, in line with Apple Inc. and South African law.

6. Liability

  • Apple World ZA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted under the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 or other applicable laws.
